ISO 20000 is an organization's IT service management standard, designed to provide models for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining, and improving the IT service management system (ITSM). The establishment of IT service management system (ITSM) has become an important mechanism for various organizations, especially financial institutions, telecommunications, high-tech industries and other management risks. Obtain the conditions for certification
